All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods such as sales, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Standard Delivery (DHL): 2–4 working days

Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days

All orders are shipped using DHL or a trusted courier service to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your delivery.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
