Return Policy

Delivery Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. All UK orders are shipped with DHL for a fast and reliable service. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control.
Return & Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return items for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within
5-7 working days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
