Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
UK orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days via DHL; Express delivery takes 1–2 working days. International orders may take longer depending on destination.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

My parcel appears lost or damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@chicurban.shop and we'll look into it straight away.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method once we've received and inspected the return.

What if my item is faulty?
If you've received a faulty item, please get in touch at support@chicurban.shop and we'll make it right.

Products & Sizing

How do I know which size to order?
Each product page includes sizing guidance. Our pieces are designed with a relaxed urban fit if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

What materials are your products made from?
Our jackets use a 100% Recycled Polyester shell with a moisture-wicking inner lining. Full material details are listed on each product page.
